Single Octupole Map

Q0 = 0.331
octupole strength g = 0.0042
Average Q = 0.000

This is an example of the octupole kick in amplitude and phase space, where the octupole kick is located at a point with beta*=1m and alpha*=0. The following equations are used to generate the motion:
	while running {
		Rotate phase space by 2*pi*Q
		xp = xp - g*x^3
	}

With this definition of g, amplitude-dependent detuning is positive. With default settings, one slips across the higher-order 1/3 (really 2/6) resonance at about a=3.0.
