Dear students,
I have posted the homework due next FRIDAY AFTERNOON (September 23 5:00 PM; note the unusual due date/time) to Mastering Physics. You should see it with the title "Two Dimensional Kinematics / Newton's Laws" and a due date of next Friday afternoon (again, September 23 5:00 PM).
I have added more explanations and hints for the problems this time, and reviewed them for possibly confusing language. If you see any problems where the language still gives you trouble, please email me at satogata@jlab.org -- I will email you back with an explanation and will also add clarification to the notes for the problem in Mastering so that everyone can have the same help.
Note that Wednesday midterm covers through one and two dimensional kinematics but does not go deeply into Newton's Laws. I will lecture on Newton's Laws on Monday to cover enough for this homework, but will also spend some time reviewing any material or questions you have before the midterm.
Please feel free to email me at satogata@jlab.org if you have any questions or concerns. I will do my best to respond to your queries promptly.
See you on Monday morning!
-Todd Satogata / satogata@jlab.org
